Directions

To assist you when traveling to Saitama Stadium 2002 the best routes from major centers are listed below. It is best to use public transportation when the stadium is hosting major events e.g. J League games. 

By Train

Travel Time To Saitama Stadium 2002 From Major Centers

Tokyo Station - 45minutes
(JR Kehin Tohoku line, Tokyo Metro Nanboku line / Saitama Railway)

Haneda Airport - 80minutes
(Tokyo monorail, JR Yamanote line / Kehin Tohoku line, Tokyo Metro Nanboku line / Saitama Railway)

Narita Airport - 120minutes
(JR Soubu line express, Kehin Tohoku line, Tokyo Metro Nanboku line / Saitama Railway)

Omiya Station - 30minutes
(JR Kehin Tohoku line, JR Musashino line, Saitama Railway)

Urawa Station - 40minutes
(JR Kehin Tohoku line, JR Musashino line, Saitama Railway) 

  • Not including transfer time.
  • When major events such as J League games are held a shuttle bus is operated from Urawa Station, Higashi-Urawa Station, Kita-Koshigaya Station and Urawa-Misono Station to the stadium. A return shuttle is available to all stations but Urawa-Misino.

Direction from Urawa-Misono Station

15 minute walk to the stadium (1.2km)  

It is best to arrive at Urawa-Misono station one hour before game time. A shuttle bus from the station to the stadium (100 yen) is available commencing three hours before the game.

N.B. This bus does not operate from the stadium to the station.
